The Elite 1 car wash system was
designed to be compact and fit into a site area
of 18m x 5m. The standard drive through system
incorporates a pre-soap detailing lance, a single
soap arch, three brush wash cleaning unit, hydraulic
conveyor drive and conveyor, water reclaim system,
rinse and wax arch. The system is controlled from
a centralized electrical panel using magnetic loop
sensors.

Pre-soak and detergent dispenser
The use of the correct detergent
in each industry is important to ensure that the
dirt is properly prepared for cleaning by being
held in suspension, a waiting the wash cycle. Each
machine is designed to allow for the proper dilution
and dwell times for any detergent. The pre-soap
solution is dispensed through a hand held detailing
lance, after which the vehicle passes through the
soap arch which contains 14 nozzles. These nozzles
are used for spraying the sides and top of the
vehicle. The standard chemical is designed to clean
general dirt.
Three brush wash system.
The wash station consists of two
vertical side brushes and a counter levered top
brush. The three brushes are driven by hydraulic
motors. These motors receive their power from a
5.5Kw power pack. The two side brushes are mounted
on side arms together with the water spray units
and the damping equipment which follow the profile
of the vehicle being washed.
Rinse
All models are fitted with this
feature. When the vehicle passes through the rinse
arch, clean fresh water is gently sprayed on the
vehicle. This washes away the water used to clean
the vehicle, together with any residual dirt held
by that water. A drying agent can also be added
at this point to enhance the finished product.
Seventeen nozzles are provided for the rinse and
eight to dispense wax.
Conveyor and hydraulic pack
The conveyor system consists of
a stainless steel conveyor with 6 rollers, tyre
guides and hydraulic drive unit. The conveyor system
can carry two cars through the wash machine. The
total cleaning cycle is 80 seconds.
Reclaim water system
The standard unit is fitted with
a foot valve, sand filter, 3 phase pump, 10,000
Lt Heavy duty plastic tank and valves. The unit
will filter a 100Lts of dirty water per minute.
